Case
From Tomísimo
Case is the grammatical function of a noun or pronoun in a sentence. In many languages nouns and pronouns are declined, in other words they change based on their case. There are dozens of cases used in different languages, three important ones are: subjective, objective, and possessive case. These designate the role of a subject, direct object or possessor within a sentence.
